k8xx Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the k8xx platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the k8xx service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with k8xx. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published by k8xx, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

k8xx reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on the k8xx website. Your continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To open and use a k8xx account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. k8xx strictly enforces a 21+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are accessing k8xx from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity of the type offered by k8xx is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of k8xx, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either through k8xx's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party self-exclusion scheme.
• You have not previously had a k8xx account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on the k8xx platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. k8xx may contact you using the details provided at registration for verification, security, or support purposes.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. k8xx will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified k8xx of a suspected breach without undue delay.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

k8xx applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts before processing the first withdrawal and at any subsequent point deemed necessary. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, and recent utility bill or bank statement showing your current address. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

k8xx accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your k8xx account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. k8xx does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. k8xx will not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. If a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating account and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. k8xx targets same-day processing for withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day. Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. k8xx reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on k8xx are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). k8xx does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Any currency conversion charges incurred by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

k8xx may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and time limits.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus-derived funds are non-withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

k8xx reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to complete wagering with minimal risk, using automated software to generate bonus-qualifying activity, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner not intended by k8xx.

5.3 Offer Availability

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified by k8xx at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that promotion. General Terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the k8xx platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. These rules are published within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to the individual bet or game round, and these Terms govern all other matters.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled in accordance with k8xx's official sports betting rules. k8xx reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of bet placement unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which your bet is accepted.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on k8xx use certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Game results are statistically independent and cannot be influenced by k8xx, the game provider, or the player. 6.3 Void Bets

k8xx reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets placed in circumstances where a technical error has affected the accuracy of pricing. In all such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account without interest.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k8xx platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in relation to sports markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first exhausting k8xx's internal dispute resolution process.
• Attempting to launder money or use the k8xx platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing k8xx staff or other players in any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the k8xx platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, software, and game content — is the property of k8xx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k8xx platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the k8xx platform without the prior written consent of k8xx or the relevant rights holder.

9 Privacy & Data

k8xx collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. k8xx uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and k8xx's servers. k8xx does not sell your personal data to third parties. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k8xx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the k8xx platform or these Terms.

k8xx does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. k8xx shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits k8xx's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by k8xx

k8xx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk of harm to the platform, other players, or k8xx itself. In such cases, k8xx may withhold funds pending investigation.

11.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your k8xx account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. k8xx operates an internal dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first submit it in writing to our support team. k8xx will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution options before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
